The Left's Continuing Fit over "Citizens United"

Here is the opening sentences from my latest post at The Objective Standard blog:

Under the pretense that so-called “super-PACs” would “drown out the voices of ordinary citizens,” President Obama “proposed the idea of a constitutional amendment to overturn the Supreme Court’s 2-year-old Citizens United decision . . . which paved the way for today’s unlimited political expenditures by political action committees.”
But Obama’s rationale is a straw man.

Find out why in Obama Urges Amendment to Overturn the First Amendment.

People tend to forget their duties but remember their rights.

To Anti Money Laundering: That's because people have rights (though they so often misconstru what those rights are), but they DON'T have duties. They have chosen obligations, from the choice to deal with others. The basic of those is to respect others' rights, which are the same rights that everybody has. But, no given person HAS to deal with anybody if he doesn't want to. People choose their obligations, and whether or not they even have any obligations.
