Only isolated individuals and isolated organizations can fail, but not the whole system. The system can be partially or fully obliterated by out of control government. Then failures will take place. These failures are caused by the out of control government, but economics, capitalism and markets are always blamed, resulting in more obliteration of capitalism.Mike Kevittnoreply@blogger.com
